Our Casual Coaching option is ideal for athletes who prefer a flexible approach - perfect for refining your posing, presentation, and confidence without committing to an ongoing subscription.

Each session is tailored to your category/division in alignment with federation standards.

Ongoing Coaching is our signature subscription-based service, offering a fully personalised coaching experienced designed to guide you from the beginning of your posing journey, right up to show day.

You’ll select your posing frequency and we’ll tailor everything to suit your timeline, federation and experience level.

How far out from show day should I start?

The earlier you start, the more confident and polished you’ll be on stage. Leaving it too late often means rushing transitions and cutting corners — which takes away from the personalised journey you deserve. Give yourself time to practise, process feedback, and evolve naturally over time - that’s how we separate good from GREAT.

Our Guideline:

Weekly Coaching → start at least 16+ weeks out

Fortnightly Coaching → start at least 30+ weeks out

Online vs in‑person — which is better?

Both work just fine. If you live locally, in-person is the preferred option. However, online coaching allows you more flexibility to pose wherever you are in the world. Our ongoing coaching athletes often mix between the two coaching formats according to their work/life schedule. Regardless of the coaching format, you will still receive a lesson recording and recap notes to support your posing progression.

What should I bring to my first lesson?

Please wear posing-appropriate attire so we can accurately assess your physique and guide you:

Female athletes – posing bikini or shorts with a sports bra, plus federation-approved heels (if your category requires them).

Male athletes – posing trunks or fitted shorts.

Other essentials:
